Andrew & Cole is a swimwear brand founded in Switzerland that originated from a simple annoyance: men's swimwear was simply uncomfortable.
The idea was born in 2016 when two friends were vacationing together in Spain. They were tired of conventional mesh liners – the itching, the chafing, and the discomfort that occurred the moment you wore the swim shorts for longer than just a quick dip. They developed a design that completely omitted the mesh, replacing it with a soft, breathable lining – engineered for genuine comfort rather than mere convention.

The idea was simple enough: swimming trunks shouldn't have to be taken off the moment you get out of the water. They should be wearable all day long – at lunch, throughout the afternoon, and well into the evening.
At a time when men's swimwear offered little individuality, Andrew & Cole also introduced distinctive, signature prints – for men who valued thoughtful design in their swimwear. 

It was precisely this original idea – comfort without compromise – that defined the brand's first decade as a European swimwear label.

Today, Andrew & Cole is under new Australian ownership and is based in both Milan and Australia. The vision remains unchanged. The same comfort. The same quality. The same conviction that swimwear must be just as impressive after swimming as it is during.
